She looks cute and chic with her black Balenciaga Classic City that could possibly be her sister, Kendall's bag. We do know that Kylie did get gifted with a F/W 2011 Coquelicot Classic City for her 14th birthday. Fourteen is a definitely a young age to be carrying a $1500 bag in my opinion, but whatever goes in Hollywood!
